About us
It started with a friendship spanning
two decades and a love for trying something a little different.
The creation of Trifle Bazaar happened on a trip to Morocco, where we stayed in a renovated riad in the medieval, walled town of Essaouira and visited the fascinating souks of Marrakech.
Our ethos has always been about knowing the producers and giving them a fair price for their work. Selling on market stalls and organising pop-up in unusual places has kept our overheads low so we are able to offer you reasonable prices too.
Sharing the stories of these pieces is at the heart of what we do. When you buy something from us, big or small, you are keeping the ancient art of trading alive. You have helped families in the Atlas Mountains or the ladies who make the baskets in Essaouira. We are all part of
